Service and Parts Policy for AU and NZ

Who can carry out service and repairs

All servicing, repairs, and installation of replacement components must be performed by a K-Laser authorised service centre.


Any repairs or modifications carried out outside this authorised network may affect device performance and will not be supported by K-Laser AU.

For safety and liability reasons, replacement parts are not supplied for independent installation or installation by unauthorised service providers.

Replacement parts:

Replacement parts for K-Laser devices are supplied exclusively through K-Laser AU and installed only by authorised service centres.

This requirement is necessary for:

  • Compliance with manufacturer specifications
  • Correct laser settings and safety performance
  • Adherence to medical device safety standards
  • Preservation of the operational integrity of the equipment
