The shipment of the device to and from the authorised service company in Auckland, Bio Serve NZ Ltd, can also be organised if you checked the related box.

Please note that no transport insurance is included.

We decline all responsibility for any loss, damage, or incidents that may occur during transport to or from Bio Serve NZ Ltd.
